The rules and guidelines for utilizing AIReplies infrastructure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AIReplies, you agree to be bound by these local network terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance.

2. License & Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI service for interacting with your Instagram audiences autonomously.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the agent logic, use the software for illegal scamming, nor impersonate Meta/Facebook staff while running the automated agent.

4. Billing

Subscription fees are non-refundable. All data remains exclusively within your deployed Supabase instance.
