Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1: Automatic

Users can delete their account and associated data directly within the AI Replies Dashboard. Navigating to Account Settings and selecting “Delete Account” will immediately remove all stored Instagram connections, chat history, and personal data from our databases.

Method 2: Manual

To request manual data deletion, email support@aireplies.io from your registered email address with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include your Instagram handle in the email. We will process your request and permanently purge your data within 7 business days.

Method 3: Platform

You can also revoke our app’s access and remove the integration at any time directly through your Instagram/Facebook settings by navigating to “Settings > Apps and Websites” and removing “AI Replies”.
