1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on our Starter plan so you can evaluate our service before making a financial commitment. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period.

2. Subscription Charges & No Refunds

Because we offer a free trial and incur costs for AI API usage, all subscription fees (monthly and top-up credits) are non-refundable once billed. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused API credits.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Once canceled, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
